Botox –

Botox is the US FDA approved treatment to temporarily improving the appearance of both moderate to severe frown lines between the brows ,forehead lines and crow’s feet lines in adults.It is one of the most extensively studied medical aesthetic treatments and is approved for cosmetic use.It is derived from sources that exist in nature and contains tiny amounts of a highly purified botulinum toxin protein refined from the bacterium, Clostridium botulinum.

The procedure takes around 10-15mins so called lunch time procedure.The results begin within 24 to 48 hours for moderate to severe frown lines, with results lasting up to 4 months.

Post procedure one can return to their daily routine as the treatment requires minimal downtime or recovery.

Fillers –

As we age skin sags primarily due to the loss of volume and also because of a decrease in collagen and elastin. Wrinkles and lines aren’t the only signs of aging. Over time, the cheeks flatten, and the skin may begin to sag. This is caused by a natural loss of volume in the cheek area, or what the experts call age-related midface volume loss. Dermal fillers are made up of hyaluronic acid molecule thatare designed to add volume beneath the skin’s surface to lift and contour the cheek area.

It is given as a deep injection in the cheek area to correct age-related volume loss in adults and also for injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial folds such as nasolabial folds. Fillers are also injected into the lips and perioral area for lip augmentation and for correction of perioral lines.

So dermal fillers add volume to smoothen the lines and folds, to help give you the subtle, long-lasting results you want.

As the filler contains local anaesthesia procedure is very comfortable. The procedure takes 15-20mins.Slight bruising may occur at the site on injection which resolves in 3-4days.
One of the great advantage of this procedure is the effect are long lasting(8 to12months) but not permanent.

Liquid face lift –

It is a recent technique and getting very popular due to excellent results.Liquid face lift is an antiaging treatment where in a thick hyaluronic filler is injected on specific points to compensate a volume loss as well as to exert a pulling force on sagging face ,so as to improve the folds and sag and give a non surgical face lift. It is a lunch time procedure and takes barely 15-20mins. As the filler contains local anaesthesia procedure is very comfortable.Slight bruising may occur at the site on injection which resolves in 3-4days.The effect are long lasting(12months) but not permanent as aging is a continuous process.
